Cancel
Every time you find yourself thinking that you can't do it or there are obstacles, say 'cancel' out loud. This makes you conscious of negative beliefs and forms habits of challenging the beliefs. By hearing yourself speak the thought, you complete what psycholinguists call the language loop. It's a double reinforcement:
  • Your ears hear your voice giving the order
  • It makes you focus more clearly and realize you are getting rid of a block
Replace
Replace the negative thought or statement with positive data. Repeat the data several times each day. Reaffirm the new program you want in your life by neural-conditioning of your brain... AFFIRMATIONS... Get rid of the old negative thoughts and beliefs and create the world you love.

Affirmations
Whatever you have to do to affirm what you want to do or become, put it in place and do it regularly. Some suggestions are:

  • Affirmation cards
  • Affirmations programs listened to daily
  • Laminated statements
  • Screen saver / desktop statement
  • Visor statements
Daily routine
Get in a daily routine to do the Neural Reconditioning Plan to program yourself for success. This is what will help you Break through the Barriers. Repeated actions and thoughts get results. This is the Law of Attraction at work.

  • Choose powerful new declarations and affirmations that will support your new vision and goal. This allows the DSP connections to allow the beliefs which reinforce your goal. This all takes place after 30 days of repeated actions and thoughts
  • Develop emotional triggers for neural linking process
  • Listen to affirmations daily
  • Meditate to slow the wave patterns of the brain
  • Record and laminate your personal affirmations
Trusting Your Intuition
There are several places for us to get the feel for this 'sense' and these stepping-stones will underpin the month's agenda. Different exercises can be used to offer opportunities for practise and here are 2. Make a list of 10 ways you've already followed your intuition and truly appreciate your sensitivity.
A simple step process to try.

1.Relax.

Relax your body and quiet your mind. Breathe, be aware of your body. We're so accustomed to being organized, even stressed that we don't know when we're in a state of tension. Feel any tense areas, just relax them. Progressively relax to replace a state of tension. For some of us It may help to do something physically relaxing first too, walk, run, dance. Then sit or lie, spine straight and supported and quiet your mind. Breathe.

2. Allow

When you're feeling relaxed allow your awareness to move into a deep place in the core of your body- this may be near your heart or your solar plexus. Some people find it helps to put your hand there too. It's here you can access your inner guidance. "I'm moving into a place deep within me, where I can sense and trust my own inner guidance.

3. What do I need to know?

Now in this place you can ask a question What do I need to know (or remember) in my life right now?
Or
What direction do I need to take in my life right now?
Or you can ask something specific

Now in this place you can ask a question
What do I need to know about my job right now?
Or
What do I need to understand about my relationship at this time?

4. Relax quietly

Once you have posed the question, just let it go, and relax quietly, being open and receptive. Notice what thoughts, feelings or images come to you in response to the questions you have asked. If you feel noting relevant comes to you, or you feel as confused and uncertain that's ok, just let it go for now. It often comes up later, it dawns or through external means, like you walk into a bookshop and find just the right book, someone rings.

Practice

  • When you feel complete with this exercise, get up and go about your life.
  • Practise it this week at least x2 maybe before going to sleep
  • Throughout the day pause and notice your gut feeling, be aware of your thoughts, feelings, experiences especially about the issue you posed the question about.
  • Even with simple choices, what to have for lunch, who to call, what movie to see, quiet your mind and go inside.
