Taking it to New Levels
Class #2

  1. Check In
  2. Intuition
  3. Organize
  4. De-clutter
  5. Priority Management
  6. 15 Most Important Minutes of Each Day
Non conscious = belief
Conscious = desire

2. Trusting Your Intuition
There are several places for us to get the feel for this 'sense' and these stepping-stones will underpin the month's agenda. Different exercises can be used to offer opportunities for practice. Make a list of 10 ways you've already followed your intuition and truly appreciate your sensitivity.

What did you notice about intuition during the last two weeks?

3. Organize
Chicago Tribune states more than 64% of 5,000 people admitted they had problems with organizing "stuff" in their homes.

Stop clutter at the door and involve the whole family
  • Start with mini jobs
  • Focus on your work area
  • File and organize paper flow
  • Mail and bills
  • Closets
  • Drawers
Where are your hot spots that need attention?

4. De-clutter
Clutter causes energy drain and mind mush! Start now to de-clutter areas of your home, office and life that will help get you on track and put energy back in your life.

  • What is in your 3 foot circle around your work area?
  • When you walk into your closet, are things in their right place?
  • What types of things are on your night stand or by your bed?
  • Do you notice the energy drain from seeing clutter every day?
Make a list of three areas you will work on to de-clutter before our next call

5. Develop good habits for priority management
  • Unclear goals
  • Lack of priority
  • No daily plan
  • Attempting to do too much Perfectionism
  • Personal disorganization
  • Snap decisions and indecisions
  • crisis management
  • Ineffective delegation
  • Interruptions
  • Meetings
  • Procrastination
What are your PPKs (Personal Productivity killers)?

What is your commitment to change?

Nothing will change until you decide to do something.
Things are much more likely to improve when put in writing.

  1. Begin quickly
    a. The best time to start working on these new habits is today. Do not procrastinate. Start now and set a goal to acquire this new habit in the next 30 days!

  2. Begin strongly
    a. Put your goals in writing. Don't keep these goals a secret. Tell your buddy and others around you what you are working on.
What kind of goals would you set for yourself if you knew you would not fail?
Look at your list of PPKs and list all that you would like to overcome. List the top three to work on for the next two weeks. Your success is guaranteed IF you commit yourself. You'll never want to make the changes more than you do right now so start now!

6. 15 Most important minutes of each day
What are these and why?

7. Assignment

  1. Work with your buddy on the following areas:
    • a. Share with your buddy your stories on intuition episodes
    • b. Share the 3 areas of your life that you are getting organized
    • c. What areas have you improved to get the clutter out of your life
    • d. What habits are you working on for Priority Management?
    • e. What is your commitment to planning daily?
  2. Send me an email on Friday of your progress up to date in these areas.
