When you start thinking of pressure, it's because you've started to think of failure."

1. Check In

Procrastination, Breathing, Intuition, Organization

2. Intuition Log (exercise #1)

Intuition is a big part of taking your life to new levels.
Intuition is knowing without words, sensing the truth without explanations. It operates beyond time and space and is a link to your higher self. Intuition knows that past, present, and future are simultaneous, and can see the whole of any event. It often speaks to you as the playful child that would lure you away from a harder path to a more joyful one. Your intuition is always leading you toward aliveness and joy, and out of stuck places. Your intuitive mind synthesizes information in a flash, giving you answers to problems and decisions. It shows you the most effective steps to take to achieve your goals and dreams.

You are already Intuitive
You are already intuitive, and are probably receiving intuitive guidance in many ways.

Why follow your Intuition?
Your intuition guides you to do new things, to be in the flow, to experience more grace and ease, to follow your heart, and guides you to be in the right place at the right time. It is the voice of your soul and higher self communicating with you to show you how to follow your higher path and to live your higher purpose.

What is your Intuition telling you now?
Think of these areas of your life and ask yourself, "Is there some intuition I have, some feeling of something I need to do, or stop doing?" If there is, let that become more visible to you now, or in the following few days, to show you how to be on a higher path

3. Antidote to Fears and Worry

There are many uncomfortable feelings we experience on a daily bases regarding fear. The following exercise is one you can do any time you're feeling worried and afraid, regardless of what the worry is about.

Instructions for the antidote to fears and worry:
  1. Make sure that you have some privacy for this exercise so you can speak out loud if you wish.
  2. Recognize and accept that you are worried
  3. Write down all your fears and worries. Make your list very complete, don't leave any out.
  4. When your list is complete, write at the bottom: "I am worried and fearful".

When you've completed your list of worries and fears, read it over slowly a couple of times. Let your self really concentrate and get all those worries firmly in mind.

Say each of the following very slowly … slowly enough to realize that they are true:

"Worrying doesn't help, it doesn't accomplish anything.
Being fearful doesn't lead anywhere. It just leads to negative feelings.

"Worrying just hurts me. It hurts my body. It hurts my feelings. It hurts my thoughts. It hurts my relationships. Even if all the things I'm worried about actually happen, none of these things can hurt me as much as worry itself."

  5. Now look at your list and recognize that worry is your enemy. Read each worry and say, "This worry hurts me."
  6. Now say firmly, "Fears and worries are garbage." Tear your list out of your book, rip it up and throw it in the garbage.
  7. If you feel like smiling or kicking up your heels, go right ahead. Say this again, in order to really understand the message:

"None of thee things can hurt me as much as worry itself"

  8. Remember, the important thing is not the worry or fear, the important thing is to do something positive about it.

4. Life Purpose

Defining careers with heart and spirit

What is your life purpose? Why are we born? After much reading, research and soul searching, I have come to the simple conclusion that we are here to a large extent to learn to love and serve one another.

We typically spend a considerable amount of time in work or work-related activates; as much as half or more of the time we are awake. Our jobs often provide us with opportunities to serve, interact with and develop relationships with many people who are not our immediate family members, relatives or personal friends. Use this service opportunity to develop mutual respect, acceptance ad love.

What are some of the gifts you bring to others around you?

5. Creating Your Purchase Order (exercise #2)

What is it you really want at this time?

Who knows about it?

Have you asked for help with it?

Would you like to ask for it then release it to the Universe to bring you what's best for your highest good?

6. Field Work

  1. Having continued support, reinforcement and knowledge is a key to taking your business to new levels. I know we sometimes run tight on time but making this time to connect is very important in achieving success in this program.
  2. Continue to work with your buddy in the following areas:
    • Complete your invoice and return it to me by Thursday (share with your buddy only if you want to)
    • Trusting your intuition
    • Staying organized
    • Defining your life purpose
    • Staying out of fear and worry

Good Luck!!
