Love-the Greatest Attractor of All

Do you have someone special to be with on Valentine's Day? Whether you're in a relationship with another or not, everyone has someone special. YOU! You are the most special person in your world. And if you want to have more love in your life, all you need to do is love yourself. Sounds simple! And for some it is the most difficult thing to do. Women especially are often taught to put everyone's needs ahead of their own. Men are taught they need to take care of their wives and families. So if we're all taking care of others, who's taking care of us?

Although it would seem that those we take care of are being loved and their needs are being met, only we can fill our deepest need-that of self-approval or self-love. If you don't love and accept yourself, it is difficult for anyone else to really love you deeply. No one else but you knows what it really means to take care of your innate needs. Only you know best how to love and nurture yourself.

So how about being your own valentine this Valentine's Day?

• Take a day off from work, family, and your long list of obligations
• Plan activities that nurture you, whatever those may be
